We listen, we learn, we respect, we produce, and we enjoy what we do – you will too.Intermediate/Project ArchitectYou will be responsible for project management duties, overseeing teams and assisting with preparation of architectural design drawings, presentation drawings, renderings, through to production of construction documentation, tender, and construction administration.DutiesTaking project from start to finishAssist with preparation of proposals and fee lettersManagement of clients, schedules and multi-discipline project delivery teamsProvide oversight on multiple projects

    Qualifications

    BC Registered Architect

    2 years BC experience

    Working knowledge of BC Building Code

    Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup

    Revit experience not essential, but will be considered an asset.

    LEED certification an asset

    Skills

    Ability to function well as a team member

    High level of accuracy and quality of work

    Experience in production of specifications

    Both internal and consultant coordination

    Time management skills and the ability to work to and meet tight deadlines

    Flexible and able to serve in multi-faceted roles, switching roles throughout the workday

    Excellent interpersonal skill and effective written and speaking skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
